FUNGEP reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time, with or without notice, if a user violates these Terms or engages in behavior deemed harmful to the platform. Upon termination, access to your account and related data may be removed.
FUNGEP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or completely accurate. User-submitted content is reviewed but may still contain inaccuracies. FUNGEP does not guarantee academic results, admission outcomes, or exam performance based on the use of this platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUNGEP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reliance on user-submitted content.
FUNGEP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
